At Back-in-style.com, we understand that shopping online can seem risky, so to ease your shopping experience, we accept returns for any reason. To return an item please follow the
procedure listed below.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply email us within 48 hours of receiving the item to let us know that you will be returning it. In the email, please specify the item you are returning and explain why you are returning it. .
If you choose store credit, your credit will have a value 10% greater than the purchase price of the returned item. This credit may be applied to your next order.
Please try on and inspect items as soon as you receive them to avoid being stuck with something you do not want. If you do not email us in the first 48 hours, the item is yours to keep, and a return will not be accepted.

Returns must be received within one week of your email notification (two weeks for international orders) and must be received in the same condition as they were when originally mailed to you. . If
the item has been worn or has any damage, you will forfeit your refund.
Once the returned item has been received, and found in the same condition as sold, a credit will be issued in the same form as payment was sent. We will email you to notify you when the item has been received and the refund has made. We do not refund shipping charges. If you choose store credit, the amount of your refund will be the purchase price plus an additional 10% of the purchase price and will be in the form of a coupon code. The store credit will remain on your account until you decide to use it. There is no expiration date, and it can be applied to more than one item or order. Next time you wish to purchase an item, simply enter the coupon code at checkout to redeem your credit. If you wish to split your credit over more than one order. There are no restocking fees for either method of return.
